Reporting to the Head of Global Reward & HRIS, the role will support the HR Services and Global Reward team on all process, documentation and all data related activities. This role will work collaboratively with the global HR team and HR colleagues in the markets to help ensure we have seamless, standardized, fit for purpose processes, policies and documentation, that is supported by our HR data (which is at the core of everything we do).  

This role will also provide day to day support for the Head of Global Reward & HRIS and People Data & Insights Manager to support with reward, data quality, reporting, data analysis, stakeholder management and HR admin.

Key Responsibilities    

  • Supporting all HR business processes & services across Reward, People & Analytics and HR data 
  • Analyzing HR Data and identifying issues based on criteria provided 
  • Working with our local HR Teams and Global HR Team to identify and resolve data and process issues 
  • Completing data analysis and reports to support operational delivery and maintain data quality 
  • Supporting on full hire to retire processes, including standardization and digitalization 
  • Creating and/or updating training and communication materials and managing and maintaining documentation  
  • Troubleshooting data and system issues within HR processes, and/or HR administration 
  • Participating in project work, documenting and delivering changes whilst always ensuring data integrity and best practice is followed within the team.  
  • Maintaining policies, guides, and process documentation  
  • Providing support on year end HR processes, engagement surveys, gender reporting, ESG data collection 
  • Supporting on changes to the people cost report and producing average annual people cost data 
  • Supporting on additional continuous improvement activities or any other duties as required 

Qualifications:  

  • Understanding of core HR transactional processes (experience in a global corporate environment supporting wide scope of HR processes preferable) 
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of complex information and communicate findings clearly and effectively 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 
  • Good Excel skills, e.g. Ability to create Pivot tables and use formula to manage data 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced changing environment, able to work fast, iterate, and adapt 
  • Flexible approach to managing workloads in an ever-changing environment 
  • High level of loyalty, integrity and trust

  • Capable communicator able to engage with internal customers and team members 
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Success Factors preferable) 
  • Experience of working on global projects / in a global team preferable
