Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play an important role in unlocking the Plant Power with our customers and consumers. Together with a retail Team in Sweden, led by a Head of Retail, you will leverage the full capability of the local, Northern Europe and global Upfield organization to accelerate sustainable relationships with our customers. With customers, you will represent the source for providing healthy, plant-based options for every occasion for the consumers

The purpose of your role is identical to that of your team: Work in cross-category teams to drive profitable growth with consumers, customers and for Upfield.

You support the Retail business over all aspects from Sales, Category Management, & trade marketing. You focus on a wide range of core business mechanics: S&OP input, Promo Analysis, Obsoletes Management. In addition, you follow-up on our business performance at SKU/banner level and propose initiatives to reach our purpose.

To be successful in this role, you bring a few years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably within FMCG Retail branches. You also bring a broad base of fundamentals, such Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing in place and are looking for a great place to accelerate these even further. In addition, you are Analytically skilled, meaning that you can easily take data sets and produce actionable insights, based on driving sustainable growth for Upfield and our customers
