This vacancy is responsible for 2 roles, leading the Heart Health Platform for the region and responsible for all the Operations demand for Brazil.
As Communications, this vacancy is responsible to create and implement the brand strategy in all consumer touchpoints, aiming for market share increase and sales results. As Operation it is responsible for managing the country´s demands, as well BMI control, S&OP participation, CMI (branding, Nielsen and on demand research). In addition, it must follow up all the launch innovation pipeline, making sure it is suitable for the country and it is aligned with the results expectations.
If you have 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, strong Communication and Digital skills within FMCG companies, this role would be interesting for you. As you will lead different projects, it’s very important that you are a professional passionate about marketing communication with strong communication and influencing skills, but also with good analytical thinking and organizational skills to structure and define winning projects.
You will work with different people across Latin America but also with a global team so you will use your English and Spanish in daily basis; advance level in both languages is a must.
As plus: Knowledge in hothouse methodologies, design thinking and digital business (technology and innovation).
