The person is expected to become an essential part of our Global Indirect Procurement Team, supporting Upfield growth agenda by leveraging global supplier network in Indirect categories: Marketing & Media Buying, HR & Business Services and IT.
You will report directly to the Category Manager and support tenders and help with administrative tasks.
You will support the team by setting reports and solving issues with a high focus on business satisfaction and delivering best-in-class service.
We expect also that you will provide some suppliers spend data analyses and help with supplier performance evaluations in the categories.
You will have great opportunity to learn SAP Ariba in terms of contracting and sourcing activities.
You’re a student or fresh University graduate with a relevant field of study. Ideally, you gained initial experience in a food production company.
You’re curious and eager to learn and develop your skills. Effective organization is in your blood and problem solving is your superpower!
In joining a fast-paced environment, that is constantly changing and evolving you’re flexible and can adapt fast to the changes. But most importantly you like to be proactive and take ownership, you’re a “people person” so it’s easy for you to work in a team, negotiate, connect with people and build relations.
On the tech side, good command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel is required. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system knowledge would be a nice bonus.
Fluent English is must-have.
