Head of Enterprise Applications

The Head Of Enterprise Applications is accountable for Upfield’s global IT apps estate which includes our systems of record and our systems of innovation. Most of our enterprise applications capability is built on SAP but we do have solutions beyond the SAP ecosystem integrated in the landscape.

The role will deliver the business demand on Upfield’s global Enterprise Applications to enable business process roadmaps. The Enterprise Applications covers functional areas such as order to cash, make to deliver, record to report, discover to launch, plan to forecast, source to pay, and launch to grow.

This role requires senior stakeholder engagement with regional and functional leaders, GPOs (Global Process Owners), business community, and IT Partners. The collaboration across the stakeholders will be to formulate and operate IT roadmap strategy, business requirement mapping, solutioning, and implementation on our apps platforms. The role will drive the lifecycle management of the SAP (and beyond SAP) estate including Service Operations. Service Operations will be as per ITIL framework and will be enabled via supplier contracts (SLAs/KPIs) and Upfield’s policies & procedures. The service operations will include capabilities around incident management, change & release management, test management, landscape management among other ITIL processes.

The role will ensure that Upfield’s IT strategy is driven via our Enterprise Applications. This will involve collaboration within IT Leadership Team (LT) across Enterprise Infrastructure (for patching, capacity, and performance management), Information Security, Enterprise Architecture (for platform strategy), Office of CIO (for project and portfolio delivery), and Business Relationship Management (for local project delivery) to achieve the objectives.

The role will own the budget planning, tracking, and IT business case for Innovation and Service Operations across the areas of accountability.
