Customer Service Collaboration Specialist
Location: Prague – Czech Republic or Bratislava – Slovakia (Hybrid style of work)
Purpose of the job:
As a Key Member of the team you will be responsible for Improving of customer satisfaction for selected key customers, setting up relations with the Supply Counterparts of our customers. In addition, you will be focusing on optimization of the promo planning by managing processes between Customer/ Upfield Sales and Demand planning. You will be managing project related relaunches, new product introductions by knowing customer behaviors, capability.
On daily basis you will be Identifying and executing of improvement projects with Customers, with the alignment of Sales team, Sales Director, Demand Planning. You will put your attention on promo planning improvement with the alignment Sales and Demand Planning.
Moreover, you will be responsible for optimization of customer related supply chain processes e.g. master-data, supply routes, order management/ profiles.
Work on specific customer requests and projects and active optimization of Order to Cash and logistics processes, measures and optimization of order profile (drop size/frequency) - that will be your important part of work.
Last but not least - you will be in constant contact with Sales/KAMs, Demand Planning team.
You are an ideal candidate for us if you have several years of experience in supply chain, preferred in FMCG industry.
Also, we are looking for candidates with customer & service oriented mindset.
Self-esteem to operate self-driven with customers and Sales team, as well as ability to build effective relationships both within Upfield and customer - these are your strengths.
You are good in communication management internal and external, able to influence. In addition, you have a great planning and organization skills.
We work with a lot of data and reports that is why you need to have high analytical skills, numeracy and logical reasoning, attention to detail.
It would be an advantage if you have operational experience in Customer Service and/or logistics, Customer Service knowledge is preferred with the understanding of E2E SC process.
Also SAP knowledge preferred.
Good MS Office (specially Excel) knowledge is a must.
Local language (Czech and/or Slovak) and English.
