Finance Process Analyst

In the position of Finance Business Analyst, you provide a deep deep understanding of R2R business processes around GL accounting, Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, Fixed assets, Banking, Controlling, Financial and management reporting, and Finance Planning and Analytics and Tax reporting.

You bring a good understanding of systems and data processing (Transactional and master data) across SAP S4, BPC, BW and other integrated systems. Any knowledge of consulting and requirement gathering for country specific tax requirements will be a plus.

You participate in Finance change requirement gathering sessions to understand and document the change by calling out the process impacted areas. Lead the CR creation process with clear business benefit justification and maintaining a deep understanding of financial process knowledge and document SOPs where needed. You ensure all Finance CRs are evaluated against the industry leading practices starting from requirement gathering to validating solution/proof of concept and you track the delivery of CR in close collaboration with IT domain architects and service integrators. You hold technical partners accountable to delivery plans to ensure timely delivery of system changes and you drive user trainings and communications on changes.

Your aim is to work in close collaboration with other business workstreams and with this drive process improvement initiatives across finance processes.

As a colleague, you are work business oriented with intensive and very direct interactions with Finance team. You hold an Agile way of working, capable to adapt in fast changing environment. You have a good appetite for new technologies and innovation/digital transformation. You bring strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills and you are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
