About the role!

If you want to make an impact where it matters, this role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a greenfield agile start-up in pursuit of a better plant-based future. You’ll be supporting our Global Business Teams across 95 markets connected through an integrated Supply Chain IT Platform.

P2F Delivery Manager is expected to be the design custodian of a global Supply Chain Planning solution at Upfield. It’s a high visibility role with access to interact with IT leadership, Global Supply Chain Head, varied functional groups like R&D, Finance, etc. which impact P2F

Purpose of the role!

P2F Delivery Manager is a critical IT Role responsible for not only ensuring business as usual is maintained adhering to highest delivery standards but also landing change requests smoothly. As an SAP expert in Supply Chain, you will be working closely with our third-party development/change team to develop and deploy solutions in a timely and cost- efficient way. You will be responsible for managing an IT solution which is functioning and performing to organizational expectations.

Main Responsibilities of the role

1. Work with the run team to drive delivery excellence through timely and complete closure of tickets, creating reusable collaterals and RCA (root cause analysis) documents
2. Guide and Drive delivery of small CRs and complex bug fixes with the Run Team
3. Work closely with the CR delivery team to ensure smooth transition to BAU, Knowledge transfer workshops, Change Management & Release Management. Ensure solution documentation is in place.
4. As an expert in the SAP Supply chain planning space (SAP IBP/APO), have a say in the design and solution for a new demand
5. Formulate Long Term Strategy to reduce the number of tickets through problem management, creating reusable artifacts, etc.
6. Be the “technical” face of SAP IBP solution to the IT and business functional teams within Upfield. Senior Presence and acumen to credibly work with Senior Business and IT Stakeholders

About you!

You are seasoned SAP Service Delivery Manager with hands-on experience in SAP IBP. You have working experience in service delivery through third party contractors/vendors and a passion for running smooth operations

• Minimum 5+ years of IT Service Delivery experience
• Multiple full-cycle SAP project delivery experience in SAP IBP (or APO) + PP/MM/QM/LE. SAP Project Management experience and expertise in various SAP project delivery methodologies is required
• In depth understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP business processes and IT operations. Hands on experience in at least one of the corresponding IBP modules of IBP Demand /Demand Sensing, IBP Supply & Response, IBP S&OP, IBP Control Tower, etc. is required
• Vendor Team Management (Indirect Control): Experience managing multi-vendor team or outsourced delivery model
• Ability to hold Vendor partners accountable to quality, contract and agreed cost/time for delivery
• ITSM/ITIL certification will be preferred. Deep expertise in service delivery models like DevOps, Agile, etc. is expected
• Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership
• Ability to quickly scale up on a new tool
