Customer Management Specialist 

Location: Athens - Greece 

 

Do you think plant-based food is the future? Do you love engaging with customers & following up on processes? We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Management Specialist that is passionate about customers ad our products!

 

About the role!

You will be responsible for visits current and potential clients to develop new cooperation and agreements.

You will negotiate and liaise between customer and company.

You will analyze sales data per customer and prepares and executes daily/monthly/quarterly visitation plan to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.

You will promote and improve our brands instore visibility according to marketing guidelines.

You will answer customer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

You will prepare and submit sales contracts and maintains client records.

You will be presenting quarterly reports and results for his/her area of responsibility.

 

About You!

You are a perfect candidate for us if you have at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales preferably within FMCG sector or consumer health.

You have good command of English language.

You have good practical knowledge of MS-Office.

Car driving license will be necessary.

We are looking for candidates with passion to work  so we expect form you to have advanced communication and negotiation skills

Also you need to have strong customer focus and orientation, results orientation, accountability, and problem solving
