We are recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager, based in Stockholm, Sweden, for our Denmark operations. We are currently transforming our operations in Denmark from a direct commercial approach into an outsourced Commercial team. You will be the lead from Upfield managing the relation with this outsourced partner, managing commercial negotiations and securing the Upfield brand strategy in the local approach.

 

You will manage the partnership with our local partner. You’ll manage the local mandate for commercial negotiations, define targets and you’ll ensure the delivery. You’ll keep up to date with Upfields brand strategy and any new launches in the market. In addition you’ll review and challenge promotion forecasts, monitor sales performance and steer where needed.

This role requires high stakeholder management skilss both with the Danish partners as well as with local Upfield partners. You will work from Sweden, as that is the office where all partners from Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain are working from. You’ll work with them on promotions, activations, and availability of products regularly.

You also have a strong administrative responsibility as you’ll need to make sure that all pricing related information is always updated. You are contact person for finance and claims related issues and customer service.

 

You have a strong sales focus, you manage people remotely easily and you work well organized. You preferably bring experience in FMCG and the Danish market. You bring a few years of experience in Sales, strong stakeholder management skills and as a person you are hands on and can make things happen.

 

You will work from our Stockholm office, for the Danish market, speaking and writing both English and Danish is a must.
