About the position!
The Oil Planner is responsible for oils requirements control for SU, oils ordering, planning, monitoring, as well as ensuring service questions from factories are being handled. Oil Planner has also cost control per SU as well as defining & implementing improvement projects. Oil Planner also in in daily contact with Oil Suppliers and Procurement Buyers.
You will be responsible for daily oil planning in Systems (S4/APO/PPDS/etc) and order processing to Suppliers.
You will be coordinating oil delivers with factories, suppliers, procurement and Logistics.
You will be planning control of oil requirements from SUs.
You will be supporting factories and countries customer service with special/express shipments and late notice requests/changes.
You will be cooperating closly with Logistics to reduce costs and Co2 emission.
You will be working on improvements and projects which can bring benefits to the business.
You will be monitoring performance (Cost, Oil consumptions, lanes performance, production stoppages etc.).
You will be supporting the evaluation and selection of new 3PLs.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience in FMCG or other relevant industry (Retailer or 3PL environment).
You speak very good in English.
You have excellent interpersonal skills.
You have "Can-do" attitude.
You are very responsible, flexible and attention to details person.
You are able to wok under time pressure.
