About the position
The SAP Finance Delivery Manager is a critical IT Role responsible for not only ensuring business as usual is maintained adhering to highest delivery standards but also landing change requests smoothly. As an SAP expert in Finance O2C and R2R, you will be working closely with our third-party development/change team to develop and deploy solutions in a timely and cost-efficient way. You will be responsible for managing an IT solution that is functioning and performing to organizational expectations.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You are seasoned SAP Finance Delivery Manager with hands-on experience in SAP Finance models. You have working experience in delivery through third party contractors/vendors and a passion for running smooth operations
- Good understanding of SAP Support Operations (2+ years)
- Multiple full-cycle SAP Finance project delivery experience.
- Understanding of SAP Finance models that manage O2C and R2R processes preferable in S4/HANA.
- Vendor Team Management (Indirect Control): Experience managing multi-vendor team or outsourced delivery model
- Deep expertise in service delivery models like DevOps, Agile, etc. is expected. Could be ITSM/ITIL certified.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership
Required experience: 6 to 9 years
