About the role!
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Athens, who will report to the District Sales Manager.
As an Key Account Manager Export Markets at Upfield you will have an exciting opportunity to develop your own customer plans, build strong relationships with team & customers and formulate the strategy/execution for the field team in order to grow our business.
You will be accountable for developing and delivering a win-win customer strategy and customer business plan by integrating and in lining the best execution of Upfield’s field sales force with business objectives.
You will aim to grow the business of the customer through our products in order to achieve our growth & profit business targets, and to grow our business ahead of the market.
You will be developing and maintaing of strong and trustworthy relationships with distributors and clients.
You will be planning sales activities, market mapping and continuous clients visiting.
You will be securing profitable sales growth in a triple win mindset (consumer, customer and Upfield).
You will be continuously follow up, evaluate and optimize the business with the team & customers.
You will be securing great launches and distribution build up of new products.
You will be securing internal and external administration and communication.
You will be demonstrating and aplying our category and consumer understanding at our key customers.
You will be regularly reviewing sales data and create reports for sales managers.
You will be ,onitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
You will ne keeping up to date with products and competitors.
You will providing customer understanding to the entire business.
You will be collaborating with supply chain and marketing team.
You are perfect candidate for us if you have a proven track record of 2 years as Exports supervisor / Area Manager.
You are an ambitious person, customer focused attitude combined with strong negotiating skills.
You have good understanding of business financials (P&L, value chain) and analytical skills.
You haave outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have great communication and presentation skills, hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
You are able to work both independently and as a team member.
You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
You are fluent in English language.
Mobility to travel frequently is needed.
