About the position

Credit controller will ensure review credit process and credit applications and determine proper credit limits in line with policy and bank guarantee limit.

Review and ensure process of blocked and release sales orders runs smoothly by ensuring as per policy or regulation.

Prepare payments plan and overdue forecasts for customer. Dealing with customers and key accounts to ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.

Build relationships with customer and understand the challenge we and they have.

Manage working capital through cash management process.

Manage dispute between overdue AR and Claim from the activity.

Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales and logistics team) to keep them informed of any issue and escalate when necessary.

Work with internal/external stakeholders including Financial Shared Services, Key Account Managers, Local Finance and Global Finance to proactively resolve issues and queries.

Ensure accurate and timely month end reporting .

Provide customer insights and reporting to sales team and finance.
