Senior Brand Manager Turkey
Are you passionate about brand management? Would you like to join us and take a front seat in our Turkey marketing team? As our Senior Brand Manager, you will manage & push forward the performance of our brands.
You will be fully accountable of the P&L and for translating ideas into action. You will support the strategic and operational leadership of Becel, Sana and other iconic brands in Turkey while reporting to the Head of Marketing Turkey

You will own every element of your brand from the equity, strategy, performance and profitability.
You will deliver game changing brand strategy that brings the consumer into our brands and delivers loyalty and commitment to achieve business goals.
You will run into the data zone – you love to dig into the data and uncover the insight jewels.
You will push Innovation at the heart, you will work across all functions to build best tasting products that tell a story the consumer and customer cannot ignore with winning financials.
You will raise brand awareness/maintain image and ensure best in class across your market/Brand(s) with integrated sales & marketing plans, tools and creative assets.
You will be a Champion for consumer insights throughout the organization to ensure sustainable growth of the business and optimal brands’ equity.
You will work with Sales as one team – listen and learn continuously to improve our mix and impact in market.
You will support the creation of a growth roadmap, develop, and refine the product portfolio and support the roll-out of a data management platform.
You will plan and monitor launches, relaunches and plan national promotion based on in-depth trend / market / consumer analysis.
You will drive data driven marketing campaigns and design and plan KPI optimized marketing activities in search, digital, social and email, incl. consumer engaging journey.
You will develop and manage innovation / renovation to market with R&D.
You will own, analyze, track and report P&L, act as a sponsor to the S&OP circle, optimize media performance against target customer segments; identify tests and campaigns to drive brand and category objectives.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have a university or College degree in business or marketing studies.
You have around 6-7 years of professional experience in Brand Development and Brand Building in FMCG, ideally Food.
You have a high digital/online affinity with proven track record in digital data driven marketing.
You have knowledge and experience in project management.
You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
You have an analytical mind, with attention to details and accuracy.
You have 360 Marketing communications experience.
You fully understand the commercial journey and possess strong financial acumen.
You have fluency in English and Turkish language.
