Reporting to the Head of People and Organisation South West Europe, the role will be key to supporting the delivery of business goals by bringing to life our people plans.
You will support our local market teams in Spain and Portugal. In this role, you will get flexibility to shape the People & Organisation plans whilst acting as a trusted partner to managers & help drive team performance.
Location: Barcelona, Spain
About the position
You will execute the annual plans and people strategy in Spain and Portugal.
You will coach managers on how to provide feedback to drive performance.
You will support the talent agenda by partnering with managers to ensure development and career planning is taking place.
You will oversee payroll delivery to ensure timely, accurate and efficient process execution.
You will provide day to day advice and support to the business on all local HR related topics.
You will deploy Iberian People & Organisation projects and play an active role in sharing best practice and contributing to projects across the South West Europe cluster.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have a Degree (Bachelor, Master) preferably in Human Resources, Law or Psychology).
You are an HR generalist with experience in various people processes including onboarding, talent development and performance management.
You have a good understanding and track record of managing the delivery of payroll with knowledge of local legal and tax requirements.
You have strong communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Portuguese desirable.
You thrive in a fast-paced changing environment. Hands-on problem solver who enjoys juggling a wide range of topics at the same time.
You are action-oriented, team player with high levels of drive and resilience.
