About the Role!

You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor with daily close working relationships with the Customer Service team, having a good understanding of the Wholesale Customer and the Order Fulfilment process.  


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Receive Customer’s Orders, ensuring registration to the system in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate with all internal and external stakeholders involved i.e., planning, warehouse, forwarders, sales, accounting, ensuring that the order will be loaded as promised.
  • Achieve the most efficient transport solutions, in terms of cost and service.
  • Coordinate date and time of the loading, liaising with the factory and the forwarders.
  • Ensure customers receive on time documents needed (CMR, packing lists, invoices etc.).
  • Monitor the transportation of the goods, ensuring they are transferred and received by the customers, timely, as promised and with all the quality specifications in place.
  • Assist Customer Service Supervisor with any special projects assigned and provide backup to other CS team if necessary.
  • Ensure all customers’ queries and complaints are investigated and resolved and escalate to Supervisor for assistance and advice if unable to resolve the issues.
  • Perform Data Entry, Reporting, General Administrative or any ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned.


Professional skills & experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred) or Business Administration.
  • A post-graduate qualification in will be considered as an asset.
  • 2 years working experience in an FMGC company in a similar role, (Customer Service or Logistics)
  • Professional use of the ERP/SAP program (mostly SD, MM, PP)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (both in Greek and English language); another language will be regarded as add-on.
  • IT literate – Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (i.e. advanced features of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
