About the position

You will be reporting to the Head of People and Organisation Southwest Europe, the role will be key to supporting the delivery of business goals by bringing to life our people plans. You will be supporting our local market team in Francw. In this role, you will get flexibility to shape the People & Organisation plans whilst acting as a trusted partner to managers & help drive team performance. In addition, you will execute the annual plans and people strategy in France. You will be the first point of contact for the People & Organisation function at local level, providing day to day advice and support to the business on all local HR related topics.

You will be supporting the talent agenda by partnering with managers to ensure development and career planning is taking place. You will be overseeing payroll delivery and HR Operations to ensure timely, accurate and efficient process execution. You will be managing social partners and local agreements. You will be deploying French People & Organization projects and playing an active role in sharing best practice and contributing to projects across the Southwest Europe cluster.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have a Degree (Bachelor, Master) preferably in Human Resources, Law, or Psychology) with experience in HR business partnering. You are an HR generalist with experience in various people processes including onboarding, talent development and performance management. You have a good understanding and track record of managing the delivery of payroll with knowledge of local legal and tax requirements. You have strong communication skills with fluency in French and English (written and spoken). You have change management knowledge, and you thrive in a fast-paced changing environment. Hands-on problem solver who enjoys juggling a wide range of topics at the same time. You are a self-starter, action-oriented and a team player with high levels of drive and resilience.
