 Our Commercial team in Ecuador is looking for you!

As a Sales Manager for the Modern Channel, you will be responsible for meeting the sales goals for this channel.

You will be responsible for negotiating with different customers to maximize the agreements and conditions with them in a strategic way, for this, your numerical and analytical skills will be very important, so that you make decisions based on the information you will have available both market and customers, generating win-win relationships, and meet the objectives of the business.

You will lead a team of people where we are looking for you to enhance their skills and empower them proactively, so your leadership and influence will be critical in this role.

The modern trade has an important weight in sales in Guayaquil, so you will have exposure in different forums local, regional, and global, so an advanced level of English is key to be able to interact with the different teams.

If you have at least 8 years of experience in FMCG companies (beverage and food desirable) in similar positions, leading modern channel and/or discounters, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are looking for a company where you can enhance your experience, as well as do different things to build processes from scratch, this is the place for you!
