Location: Bengaluru, India

Hybrid/Remote/Onsite: Hybrid

 

Job Purpose

Be the lead to manage the B2C operations, projects and continuous improvement in a set of countries/region as per defined work scope to ensure seamless operations, collaboration with market/country and BPO partner, effective and tight governance and delivering desired outcome.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Hold accountability for the performance of BPO and to ensure BPO fulfills the tasks on-time and in full
  • Hold market/country accountable for the actions they need to take and ensure the overdue tasks are escalated to get resolution
  • Execute regional/country governance following a defined model with representation of relevant stakeholders from Shared Service, BPO and Business (Finance, Supply chain, Planning)
  • Establish SLA, KPI, Process Health reporting, end to end service metrics and performance reporting and Cadence to ensure adherence to agreed service levels
  • Analytics driven insights to drive process transformation
  • Handle regular incidences in a professional manner ensuring that root causes for recurring issues are identified and resolved
  • Periodical review of various masters and controls with country to ensure its effectivity

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Graduate (or similar education)
  • 6 - 8 years’ experience in Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable services
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and related workflow tools (experience in other bolt on AR applications like High Radius, Webcollect is desired)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is must (Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint etc. – PowerBI knowledge is desired)
  • Service Delivery and Service Management experience must
