Location: Katowice - Poland 

Hybrid work

Fixed-term contract for 6 months (with possibility to extend) 

 

About the position

You will support the midterm supply chain planning team with real time reports which would add value to the quality of the production plans and act as back up for any planner when the situation requires so.

You will be performing root-cause analysis for a continuous improvement plan for your own function contributing to service and inventory improvement and minimizing waste.

On the operational side, you will detect system master data errors and communicate to the planner or make corrections yourself, given the situation and impact on the system.

You will become a part of multifunctional teams working on exciting projects like automatizations, New Product Development, innovations and many more.

 

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You are great with numbers, have excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy puzzles. You are able to pull data from various systems, analyze it and provide recommendations in order to improve defined KPIs and KAIs.

You are able to prioritize based on business needs and take quick decisions in order to set plans into motion, especially when dealing with tight deadlines or working under pressure. 

You are a go-getter type of person that always wants to learn and do more, whilst thinking outside the box to find solutions to long lasting business issues or inefficiencies. 

You will be working in an extended cross-functional network as well as with higher management, therefore you feel comfortable leading discussions driving conclusions, and giving recommendations. 

Planning experience is not required, however any previous experience or relevant qualifications are appreciated.

Advanced Excel and very good English are necessary.
