About the Role
Reporting to our Head of Transformation for the Americas, the Business Analyst will support the Americas Transformation team with a range of administrative activities. Responsible for the monthly coordination and updates across our 7 Must Win Battles that are aligned with our Global Manifesto. You'll work cross functionally to update key metrics (lagging and leading) to ensure that we are executing against our identified key activities and are on track to achieving our objectives. You must have the ability to draw connections and see the meaning in the data, diagnose business problems, organize data in a visually appealing manner and communicate insights to drive fact-based decision making.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You will have a Bachelors degree with a minumum of 2 years of professional experience focused on NIelsen/IRI and/of FP&A and excellent excell skills. You will need to be detail oriented, extremely organized and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Intellectual curiosity with a hunger to learn new things paired with strong written and verbal communications skills and the rest is yours.
