Chain Account Manager CZ&SK

As a Upfield Professional Chain Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets in Czech Republic and Slovakia.  You will report directly to Upfield Professional Lead EE, but also work closely with culinary advisors and chefs to understand the potential of the customer portfolio and landscape to fulfill customer plans.

As a part of CEE team you will be a driver of Upfield growth plans within all professional chains and bakeries engaging directly with existing and new customers. Your main task will be developing and delivering annual and monthly customer plans in line with business targets. You will be responsible for maximizing distribution of portfolio, increasing category traffic by providing category expertise, sales and customer support to all distributors.

You will also lead the demand planning for chains and bakeries and ensuring all distributor orders are submitted on time and reflect agreed forecasts.

To meet your goals you will be up to date with competitors and effectively you will respond to their activities. As a Leader in your field you will engage distributive sales representatives to reflect ambition goals in pursuit of the implementation of plans.

 

So what does it take to be successful in this role? 

It would be ideal if you were an experienced manager who had the opportunity to gain clients in the HoReCa industry, but this is not our excuse! You don't have an experience as a Key Account Manager but you have you had the opportunity to work as a sales representative? That's great! We'd love to talk to you!

As an experienced sales person we belive that you know the market very well. You are able to recognize the client's needs and you are patient, persistent, and you can easly build all relations on the basis of trust. Our mission is clear and you will be the perfect representative of our values!

We would also like to see that you have strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills. Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure and a Good Team Player approach are essential.
