About the position!
As an Expert in your field, you will contribute to the development of ESG content materials for external audiences based on existing data and research.
You will also monitor market trends in the field of Environmental, Social, Governance and sustainable development. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products comply with European and local regulations. No less important will be the provision of labeling requirements and the review of product labels for regulatory compliance.
On a day-to-day basis, you will support claims assessment procedures and keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory guidance, and compile and maintain databases or regulatory documentation systems. It is necessary to support compliance reviews, risk assessments and audits, where appropriate, provide training to relevant business units. In addition, you will manage inquiries, interactions, questions and customer needs in the relevant area.
You will also create and manage the technical files required to obtain and maintain product registrations and be involved in developing marketing concepts and approving packaging and advertising materials and relevant communications prior to a product launch or product campaign.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
We are waiting for your application if you have solid knowledge of ESG and regulatory (theory and practice) along with good understanding of food supply chain and manufacturing processes.
You have strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work across functions and enable the development of relationships with key stakeholders.
You can say that you are highly resourceful Team Player, with the ability to be effective independently and seek assistance and direction periodically on complex issues. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong critical thinking capabilities and ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
We are an international company that is why you need to be fluent in Polish and English.
