Junior Regulatory Manager CEE

As Junior Regulatory Manager you will be the crucial link between Upfield, our product, clients and regulatory authorities. You will combine your knowledge of scientific and regulatory guidelines to ensure products, which are developed, manufactured or distributed, meet the required regulations. 

You will act as our key interface between the CEE team and our central technical and R&D resource.

About the position!

As an Expert in your field you will ensure company's products compliance with European & local regulations. You will be providing labelling requirements and review product labels for regulatory compliance.

On daily basis you will be supporting claims assessment procedures and keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines and compiling and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems. Supporting compliance reviews, risk assessments and audits where relevant provide training to the appropriate business units are essential. In addition you will be managing customer queries, interactions, questions and needs in relevant area.

You will also create and manage technical files as required to obtain and sustain product registration and taking part in the development of marketing concepts and approve packaging and advertising materials & relevant communication before a product's release or product campaign.


So what does it take to be successful in this role?

We are waiting for your application if you have solid knowledge of regulatory (theory and practice) along with good understanding of food supply chain and manufacturing processes.

You have strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work across functions and enable the development of relationships with key stakeholders.

You can say that you are highly resourceful Team Player, with the ability to be effective independently and seek assistance and direction periodically on complex issues. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong critical thinking capabilities and ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

We are an international company that is why you need to be fluent in Polish and English.
