Leading with category and consumer insights you develop and execute winning and bold plans for our plant based brand and product portfolio for the UK and Ireland. You are strategic but also love the operational side.

Salary range: 65 – 70K


About the position

As Senior Brand Manager you are the driving force behind delighting our consumers with our natural healthy plant-based products and ensuring that everyone is talking about them!

Reporting to our Head of Marketing you have your finger on the pulse of the consumer. You are grounded in their world and reality and are excited to bring products and brand experiences to their world using all media channels with an emphasis on digital that are relevant, bold, timely and engaging.

A short summary of your Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for P&L delivery and for translating ideas into action
  • Deliver a game changing brand strategy that brings the consumer into our brands and delivers loyalty and commitment to achieve business goals
  • Into the data zone – you love to dig into the data and uncover the insight jewels
  • Innovation is at the heart, you work across all functions to build best tasting products
  • Champion category and  consumer insights to ensure sustainable growth of the business and optimal brands’ equity.
  • Work with Sales as one team – listen and learn continuously to improve our mix and impact in market.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have a solid FMCG Brand management background and understand the fine balance between being strategic and hands-on. You thrive on turning data into insights and more importantly take action. We are very curious to see and discuss some of the campaigns you have developed which had a real impact.
