About the position

Area business manager is different with area sales manager. ABM role is more holistic, covering all aspects of business. whereas an ASM only covering the sales part of the business. If you are an ASM in your current role ad would like to leverage yourself deeper in developing a business, then go ahead take this opportunity and apply!

 

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You will play an important role for the overall Upfield business in Kalimantan Selatan and Kalimantan Tengah by making a Business plan, and strategy in developing sales area. 

A part from doing business plan, you will also do the monitoring and supervision for 1 of your team member. And of course  monitoring & supervising the performance of our distributor.
