National Account Manager - Ingredients & Industrial Food Manufacturing

Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000 Base
About the position
We are looking for a sales professional to execute our plans in this critical strategic growth channel for us. In this role, you will align with Upfield Sales Leadership on priorities, scope, and focus of winning targeted accounts in areas within Baking, Frozen and Fresh Food manufacturing, and Co-manufacturing.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You will need to have a deep understanding and proven track record of sales attainment and performance in the industrial food manufacturing channel. Some of our existing customers in this channel include Amy's Kitchen, Alpha Foods, Tattoed Chef, and Kellogg's and if you have any experience selling to these customers you'll have an advantage. However, the majority of the work will be hunting new business so your mindset must be entrepreneurial, and understanding the food development process, sales cycle and penetration of food manufacturers will be crucial to be successful in this position.
