About the position
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist LATM you will support the business in recruiting the best talent to help us grow our business and you are an integral part of the local HR team as well as the global TA team.
You own the 360 processes, attracting and selecting talent to match the business needs and making Talent Acquisition awesome along the way. Bring your ideas and tell us how we can make TA better and how we can provide an awesome candidate experience. At Upfield we want you to come just as you are!
We work for Clusters which means you recruit across all functions, including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, IT & Finance, flexing your approach depending on the role and time frames. You’ll have around 20+ roles on average but you’ll need to be ready to juggle more in busier periods.
In the day-to-day, you will partner with the business, specifically our hiring managers & HR colleagues, smashing our global KPIs as you go. Engaging and creating a first-class candidate experience not only for external applicants but our internal population too.
Next to the day-to-day TA activities we discuss your areas of interest and will assign a project for you to own, this could be a process, tech implementation, or a system owner. Very curious to hear what you enjoy!
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
Maybe you have spent some time on the agency side and are now looking for an in-house position or you are currently working in-house. Most important is that you understand the dynamics of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. You have felt the heat of deadlines, you’ve dealt with the complexity and hard-to-find combinations - and only the sky is the limit for you when you search for the ONE. Being proficient with all the searching tools and building pipelines you are now keen to take it to the next level and have an actual impact on the sourcing strategy.
