Location: Katowice - Poland 

Hybrid work (3 days from office a week)

 

About the position! 

As our Distribution Requirement Planner you will be in charge of improving the dispatch rate for selected European markets through targeted action plans to advance SKU availability.

You will identify Supply Chain risks, based on Identified risk, you will liaise with the Market Unit(s) if any customer allocation should be put in place to protect strategic customers/promotion activity.

You will coordinate the discussions between the Production Planner, Transport Planner and Logistics Specialist in the market to ensure the fastest route to market possible.

You will ensure the Production planner is made aware of demand deviations to take evasive actions and you will provide priority list based on business priority where bottlenecks occur.

You will communicate the root cause, actions and estimate recovery date to the main internal stakeholders.

You will flag to the demand planner and customer collaboration lead all significant oversells within the current week to sense check the forecast or engage in conversations with the customer.

You will support the Demand Planner in executing a Phase in and Phase out plan by flagging any obsolete risks on previous SKU and/or service issues on future SKU.

You will target a “0 obsolete stock” policy by communicating to Customer Collaboration lead where customers need to change the listing date to deplete the phase out SKU stock.

You will ensure Root Cause Analysis is performed and preventative actions are taken to avoid re-occurrence.

 

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have minimum 2 years of experience in integrated supply chain and ideally planning. Customer Service and Logistics experience is a plus!

You have experience with ERP systems (eg SAP, IBP) and Microsoft Office.

You have strong analytics, communication and collaboration skills to maintain effective relationships with non co-located suppliers and customers.

You have the ability to manage several supply crises or priorities at the same time.

Flexibility, ability to adapt fast in a dynamic environment- these are your strengths!

Fluent in English and Polish is a must.
