Junior Key Account Manager

Are you passionate about Food Service? Do you also have strong network in B2B sales? We are looking for a proactive junior account manager that can focus on both developing new clients and maintaining our current client accounts for Madrid. Your main focus will be creating and opening new accounts, with a strong focus on local chains, restaurants & hotels.  


Location: Madrid



About the position 

In this role you will be in charge of the total management of sales (push & pull) of the Madrid region. You will as well control and analyze the sales budget & profitability between the budgeted objectives and results.


So what are the key objectives / projects you will deliver in the first year?


  • Management of orders and administrative tasks of your client portfolio.
  • Development of action plans for assigned clients.
  • Capture new customers in the geographical area assigned.
  • Recruitment of relevant final operators (hotels, restaurants (independent and regional chains) or other operator: manufacturer, workshops... .)
  • Management of strategic distributors, their sales network and customer follow-up.
  • You will manage the rest of the distributors' portfolio and C&C.
  • You will be the Violife brand ambassador in the area supporting the Marketing team in activations, events….


So what does it take to be successful in this role? 


Maybe you have worked in a similar role for the past 3 to 4 years in B2B sales. You have good network of HORECA, regional chains and other channels of Madrid region. You are very proactive and have a very structured way of working, you have strong negotiations skills, and you work precisely. Networking comes naturally to you, and you are passionate about developing new clients specially with wholesalers, CPUS, & distributors. You are ready to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment & we will give you the full ownership you need to make a real impact.
