Performance Management Finance Analyst

About the position
In this role, you will play an important role in performance management, and creation and maintenance of a performance drumbeat. Not only will you be involved in various regional processes, but also in commercial decision making at a regional level and transformation of performance management in Europe. You will also be involved in regional processes in Europe such as forecasting, annual planning and business cases. In a nutshell:
- Active involvement in building performance management agenda and drumbeat in Europe
- Leading performance tracking (trend analysis and mission tracking) in Europe by developing and maintaining reports and providing data to Finance team and business stakeholders
- Contributing to the digitalization agenda by working with Power BI teams to improve quality of financial reporting
- Working with market finance teams in performance tracking and management, looking for best practices across markets
You will be reporting into and supporting the European Performance Manager (who is based in Prague) in performance analysis, regional business cases and customer negotiations, forecasting, budget allocations and long-term business plans by providing data and analysis and contributing to inform pricing, investment and innovation decisions. You will also be proactively liaising with other European Finance teams such as Revenue Growth Management and Supply Chain Finance to incorporate insights and input for broader performance analysis

As a person, you will like working in Upfield when you fit to a high paced and ever-evolving organization. The following experience, skills and attributes are key to be successful in this role: Master degree, 3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance in an FMCG company, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and passion and proven track record of working with systems (i.e. SAP, BPC) and big data sets. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stretching deadlines, remaining accurate and the ability to handle ad hoc requests on a daily basis
