We are currently looking for a proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team in our Factory of Santa Iria de Azóia.

About the position

 In this role you will support in the implementation of procedures inherent to the local and regional human resources management process, in accordance with the group's policies and procedures, you will as well participate and support in the process of development and evaluation of local and regional job descriptions/jobs. Ensuring the administrative and operational management of several processes inherent to the human resources area, both locally and regionally, with the intervention of different internal and external stakeholders; Data processing and updating for Performance Indicators related to local and regional Human Resources management, as well as the statistical consolidation of these same data and KPI. You will as well develop & support all applicable matters in accordance with the group's corporate policies (recruitment, training, career plan, and performance evaluation).

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

 You have higher Education in Human Resources Management. You have worked between 1 – 2 years in a similar position  English Knowledge (B1/B2) spoken and written is necessary & knowledge of all common MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). You are proactive, hands on and are ready to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment.
