Brasil is a key market for Upfield in South Latam and also worldwide. The size of the country (200M people) and the spreads + cheese market (+6bi euros) are significantly higher than any other country in the region, and make this market unit a huge potential of revenue and profit.

 As Manager Sales, you will be responsible for:

 - Making trade plans and strategies (pricing, investments, promotions, sell out activities, in store execution, etc) in order to achieve business goals

- Key contact with BRF on a daily basis, executing the plans and strategies, reading data and adjusting the plans, etc. for this, your numerical and analytical skills will be very important, which will support you in making decisions based on the information you will have available from both the market and customers, generating win-win and long-term relationships

- Also, it will be responsible for coordinating tactical projects between Upfield and BRF (new artworks, new SKUs, etc

You will lead a team of 2 people in which we are looking for you to enhance their skills and train them so that their ability to influence is fundamental in this position. 

If you have more than 12+ years of experience in FMCG companies (beverage and food desirable) in similar positions leading the traditional trade, have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking for a company where you can leverage your experience, as well as do different things to build processes from scratch, this is your place!
