About the position

The Foodservice channel is a vital growth area for Upfield. Our mission? To utilise half of every food dollar spent on out-of-home dining. Your role will centre on expanding and acquiring new customers from diverse channels including fresh food, meal industry, and convenience.
Building robust customer relationships is key. With the help of data insights, you'll execute strategies, make informed decisions, and forge win-win long-term relationships. Your numerical and analytical skills will come into play, driving insights to understand channel needs and support our customers, and helping us to achieve our targets.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Developing a targeted business pipeline in the Pub/Restaurant & Manufacturing sectors.
- Boosting new business pipeline and overseeing each opportunity to ensure an unparalleled customer experience with Violife Professional.
- Promoting a cross-functional work culture to achieve seamless customer experience.
You'll work exclusively for the Finnish market, reporting in-country, while being an integral part of the global Violife Professional network. As our largest market, we lead in planning, delivery, and pace. Our team is a diverse mix of experience, energy, and self-sufficiency, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - full of challenges, but also lots of fun! Note, this is not a people management role.
Your Profile With 3+ years in the Foodservice business, especially in nurturing customer relationships, you're ideally placed for this role. If you possess a deep understanding of the traditional customer landscape and emerging channels like natural speciality, food service, and B2B, and an entrepreneurial mindset around it, you're on the right track.

Selection process: A 30-minute initial video interview, followed by a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager. We aim to wrap up the entire process within two weeks.
