About the position  

To support delivering the tasks for the critical projects for Sri Lanka and to carry on routine, less critical but time-consuming task in R&D and quality function for Sri Lanka.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

As an intern in R&D team your scope of learning can be on below areas and it may go beyond these activities

Activities on plastic exit  - a global initiative by Upfield

SLSI certification and related activities

Quality presentation and complaint, temperature compliance activities with sales team & business partners

Competitor benchmarking works, updating of SOPs related to Quality and R&D activities
