About the position

Work in the retail team and focus on how to grow our business in close co-operation with the full Upfield team since we are working closely together to deliver our plan. Ownership for a few of our big, key customers including proposals on initiatives and actions on how to reach our mission as one team including field sales interaction. You will play an important role within the Retail business since this is an important and broad role. It includes leading your customers externally and internally, with a wide range of core business tasks: fully lead the account plans vs mission and make relevant actions and make sure to deliver the best service level to our customers in close co-operation with the supply team etc.


So what does it take to be successful in this role?

5 years of Account Management in FMCG Retail, meaning that you have a broad base of  fundamentals, such as Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing in place and are looking for a great place to accelerate these even further.

Analytically skilled, meaning that you can easily take data sets and produce actionable insights, based on driving sustainable growth for Upfield and our customers.

Thriving with change, meaning that we stand for an ambitious plant-based growth agenda. To reach our goals, it require all of us to flex our skills; meet small tasks, big tasks, challenges and opportunities with a positive mindset.
