Are you passionate about systems & innovation? We are looking for a new Digital Process and System Manager that can drive the optimization of our innovation tools, to monitor and accelerate our innovations towards a better plant-based future!   

Location: Wageningen, Netherlands

About the position 

The role requires you to oversee the systems updates and improvements on time and within budget. Expand the implementation of these systems to our global scope and ensure smooth onboarding of all functions. You will be the first contact for stakeholders and you will carry out support for internal system interfaces (like DAM, Hitachi etc.). You will ensure all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each process by providing the right materials and training & support initiatives coming from the internal stakeholders to optimize Upfield’s systems. 

So what are the key objectives / projects you will deliver in the first year?   

• Working directly on our specification systems, continuous improvement and production systems.  
• Innovation Agenda: Innovation project management system, artwork management system and specifications management system. 
• Lead the specification team and be responsible for the quality of the delivery. 

So what does it take to be successful in this role? 

Maybe you have worked in a similar role for the past 2 to 5 years working in Innovation management and project management support within professional services. You must have a very structured mindset, with highly logical reasoning. You have a passion for details, errorless delivery, but are also able to step back and see the big picture. You must see systems as a tool to deliver fast and efficient innovation for our plant-based future. 

We are looking for a strong team player, with proven team leadership skills, and good communication skills. You should have strong planning and organizing skills, and a proactive can-do attitude.  You need to have strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + other systems (SAP, PLM, Power BI).
