About the position!

As a Regional Lead you will be working as part of the Upfield Global Workplace and Travel Services (WTS) team, a small but mighty global team of six, ensuring that all Upfield associates have a great home away from home! 

Next to a global role in managing a fleet of 600 cars in 19 countries you will be responsible as regional lead WTS for the CEE and DACHiT region in different focus areas: Real estate (45 offices across the globe), office fit out, facilities services, travel for over 4200 associates, corporate safety and (part of) IT-services.

You will connect with General Managers and commercial leads in different markets to ensure you help the Upfield business teams take smart and informed decisions. You balance their demand with supply from the market and connect with global and local suppliers to ensure the right services are supplied at the right price. You team up with your global WTS team members and with many global and local Upfield associates from P&O (Personnel and Organisation), IT, Legal, Compliance, safety etc.

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

You are the perfect candidate if you have several years of experience in a global or regional fleet management role.

In addition, you have a keen interest in data analytics and are used to analyze fleet data in order to improve the overall performance of the fleet and optimizing the process management.

You speak and write English fluently and you are able to connect quickly with international and local teams.

Last but not least - you have great communication skills and naturally enjoy connecting with people, you are often called a “spider in the web” or the “go-to person”.
