Upfield are looking for a dynamic and diligent Corporate Affairs Manager to join their team. 

Location: London
Salary: annually 40,000/45,000 GBP annually, with additional bonus & benefits. 

About the position

One of your first main roles when joining Upfield is to deliver a new corporate website including budget management, liaising with colleagues and key stakeholders from across different parts of the business to ensure it is delivered on time, including working with both digital and creative agencies to commission engaging content that reflects and brings to life our corporate narrative. 

You will also play a key role in running the Upfield press office, liaising with colleagues across the business as appropriate to prepare reactive media responses in a timely manner, as well as flagging and acting upon media opportunities and risks. You are responsible for updating and curating Upfield’s social channels (including LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram), including commissioning and ensuring delivery of creative content and fact-checking / substantiating any claims, liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure the content is timely, engaging and reflects the key themes and values of Upfield. 

You help drafting a wide variety of written material for Upfield Global, including press releases, media responses and briefing notes. Also you prepare and distribute the daily Press Review, ensuring it captures the most relevant international press coverage for Upfield’s senior leadership team.

We are looking for you, if you are always up to date on the latest Social Media trends and innovations, you're a true foodie and you have some experience in the field of (Corporate) communications from either an agency or inhouse role. With your drive and energy, you try news things on our socials to grow the engagement and inspire people about our products, mission and values. You've worked with various Social Media channels, you are eager to try new things and you also understand that we should always check and reference our claims and posts.

The first interview will take place on the 22nd and 23rd of May. the 2nd Interview will be on the first full week of June and the final interview will be 3 days after.
