Key Account Manager - Sam's Club

About the Position
You will be working for the largest plant-based consumer products company in the world, supporting one of Upfield’s key growth customers. You will partner with Sam’s Club to create win/win opportunities that align with Upfield’s mission and customer strategy. The goal will be to manage and maximize sales within the current portfolio by identifying and driving incremental opportunities and developing new business opportunities in adjacent categories or wherever dairy-free ingredients or products can be utilized or sold.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
Having an entrepreneurial mindset that can navigate both internal and external hurdles and bring business solutions that meet financial targets will be crucial in this role. In addition, a strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, and effective communication of these needs within the internal organization. In collaboration with our marketing team, you'll be able to develop and implement customer category strategy and best-in-class 4P execution. Prior experience with Sam’s Club is a must, as well as the ability to develop and lead advanced customer engagement strategies, including joint business planning and product development. You’ll have to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and it will take hard work and determination; we will give you the ownership you need to make an impact.
