About the position
The Modern Trade Marketing Analyst is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the Modern Trade segment, which accounts for 50% of our total sales. This person will be responsible for budget control and execution under the supervision of the Trade Marketing team (TMI, PE, and POS). The role involves providing support to the sales team, ensuring the successful implementation of activities, and monitoring key market indicators such as SOM%, ND%, WD%, SAH%, and SO.
Your main responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team to ensure the effective execution of Trade activities.
- Monitor market results in terms of distribution, sales growth, sell-out, and market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team and Marketing to develop and execute action plans that meet channel KPIs, including Net Sales Value, GM%, sell-out, distribution, and Market share.
- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in managing budget accounts, including the operational plan.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials required for Trade activities.
- Monitor Trade Marketing activities, ensuring smooth implementation before, during, and after each activity.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing positions.
- Strong leadership, strategic influencing, and communication skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Results-oriented with a high degree of ownership.
- Ability to multitask, handle complexity, and thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
