You will join a team of people with an entrepreneurial spirit, that you could share knowledge and learn from. The flat structure will give you the ownership you need to make a real impact on the business.

You take a steering wheel and lead Customer & Shopper Marketing agenda in Hungary, Bulgaria and Adria – defining channel strategy, executing and evaluating shopper activations.

Hungary:

Working hand in hand with Sales Team you will create strategy (including 4P), recommendations and customer priorities basing on short- and long-term business potential and consumer & shopper trends.  

You will be a driving force behind all trade marketing activations and projects (innovation, portfolio, activation, promotion, in-store communication, budgeting) you will work closely with Brand Managers and you will have full ownership of local activation plans.

You will have an ownership of the BTL investment and activation plan, assuring strong presence and shopper activation for our brands.

You will establish strong base for category management in Hungary, defining merchandising guidelines and kicking off category management cooperation with Modern Trade customers bringing in life change of category perception projects.

Bulgaria & Adria

Those are distribution markets; therefore, you are the driving force behind strategy, planning and evaluation. Working closely with distributor you will create the 4P strategy recommendations for the markets and create category management guidelines with ideal merch with distributor standards.

You will translate business and marketing strategies into rolling activity plan for all relevant off-trade channels and e-commerce. Co-leading development of the shopper marketing activities and defining KPIs with distributor.

You will have an ownership of the BTL investment and activation plan, assuring strong presence and shopper activation for our brands, acting as a first point of contact for all shopper activations and BTL execution related topics.

What is your background?

Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical you know how to make valuable insights form information - assess risk and be financially savvy.

You feel comfortable in a stand-alone role being accountable for your own results but being a part of the team gives you as much joy. Managing projects engaging multiple stakeholders is natural for you and you know how to inspire and influence others.

Fluent Hungarian and English are musts. Bulgarian will be an advantage.
