You will take a lead in Market data analysis and Category Management projects for Poland and drive the incremental category growth. Working closely with Head of Trade Marketing, Sales and Brand Marketing you will steer critical business decisions with your expertise.

You will be analyzing market data and insights giving commercial recommendations, you will present core insights of Shopper behavior and benchmark retail environment with category analysis.

Partnering with the sales team you’ll identify gaps and opportunities for Category at our Key Accounts, and you’ll create a portfolio recommendation for the whole category.

You’ll help us to be one step ahead of our competitors with commercial and pricing tactics for category growth as well as for assortment and final shelf solutions. You’ll define shelf merchandising and monitor the implementation effectiveness at stores.

You have several years of experience in Trade Marketing / Brand Management / Sales in a big international FMCG company when you gained expertise in market insights analysis, category management, and merchandising standards.

With great stakeholder management skills, you enjoy being the brains behind the operations, and having a deep understanding of wide commercial functions combined with strong analytical skills you easily translate data into actionable plans and business solutions.

On the tech side, you’re proficient with business analytical tools (Nielsen, Focus, GFK) and you have an excellent command of MS Office tools with an emphasis on Excel.

Fluent Polish and English are musts.
