As the “EU logistics Procurement Manager”, you would be commercially responsible for the European Logistics footprint category and interact with a few stakeholders across Europe and other procurement colleagues, to leverage global reach while finding ways of optimizing commercial contracting.

You will drive savings and cash generation initiatives to report and deliver Financial Procurement targets. You will lead European logistics sourcing strategies in Alignment with EU logistics stakeholders and Global Procurement Leaders.

As a strong negotiator you will develop and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers while identifying and delivering solutions that benefit both parties. You will also build a strong relationship with business stakeholders, vendors and suppliers and ensure internal customers are satisfied with sourcing services.

You will run RFPs and negotiate contracts to drive the constant implementation of the agreements. You will Identify, mitigate, and escalate performance-related risks as well as commercial and contract issues to ensure compliance, manage and control specific cost variables.

You will be our strong lead in our sourcing processes. You will have an opportunity to leave your own fingerprint on our procurement way of working—cooperating with the global procurement team and other functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Risk, etc.).

You will lead an EU logistics buyer based in Warsaw.

What is your background?

You have a master’s degree or relevant educational background.

You have broad experience working in Procurement and Logistics, 10 years’ experience ideally 5 years in Procurement and 5 years in Logistics.

You have experience working with direct reports and matrix organization.

You have ideally worked in the FMCG industry.

Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical, you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy.

Fluent English is a must.
