Sales Manager Traditional Trade

Our Sales team in Ecuador is looking for you!

As Traditional Trade Manager, you will be responsible for meeting the sales goals of the traditional trade (stores, wholesalers, and independent supermarkets), through strategic negotiation with different customers; for this, your numerical and analytical skills will be very important, which will support you in making decisions based on the information you will have available from both the market and customers, generating win-win and long-term relationships. 

You will lead a team of 5 people in which we are looking for you to enhance their skills and train them so that their ability to influence is fundamental in this position. 

The traditional trade has the greatest weight in sales in Ecuador, so you will have exposure in different local, regional, and global forums, so an advanced level of English is necessary to interact with the different teams. 

If you have at least 8 years of experience in FMCG companies (beverage and food desirable) in similar positions leading a high-performance team, and a traditional trade channel oriented to efficiencies and stretched results, have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking for a company where you can leverage your experience, as well as do different things to build processes from scratch, this is the right place for you!
