Global Web & CRM Content Specialist

Are you passionate about web content & webpages? Would you like to join us and take front seat in our marketing team based in Athens, Greece? As our Global Web and CRM Content Specialist, you will report into our Head of Owned Channels in the Global Marketing Team. You will build and maintain webpages for all Upfield brands in our web content management system using existing building blocks.

You will build and maintain CRM journeys across all Upfield brands.

You will advise Marketing Managers on how to best use existing functionality to create great branded experiences for consumers and ensure no dead ends.

You will work with global and local brand teams to ensure we have great web and email content.

You will optimize content to improve website and CRM KPIs and metrics such as time on site, bounce rates, subscriptions rates, open, and click through rates, etc.

You will maintain our cookie consent management tool while striving to improve consent rates.

You will create segmentations to maximize relevance of content to our consumers.

You will perform A/B testing of emails and full (campaign) journeys to improve performance.

You will work closely with internal and external content creators for briefing and production of new content for our websites and emails.

You will prepare content plans and ensure flawless content execution.

You will project manage go lives of new websites including domain procurement.

You will take ownership of the quality and performance of the websites and anticipate/raise issues to the development team before/when they occur.

You will feedback functionality improvements to the development team for future developments in both CRM and websites.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have a relevant University degree.

You have a minimum 3 years working experience in marketing or digital roles.

You have experience with a Content Management System (CMS) or CRM system.

You have good attention to detail.

You are well organized & data driven.

You have the ability to handle multiple projects and different stakeholders in a complex environment.

You have a Professional level of English.

You have MS Office proficiency.

You have basic HTML knowledge as a plus.

You have basic image editing / photoshop skills as a plus.

You have google analytics experience as a plus.

You have experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools as a plus.
