About the Role!

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Secondary Sales Forecast  (MT Customers sell in, sell out)
  • Join Business Plan agreement with Distributor and MT Customers including Trading Term
  • Budget Management 
  • Ensure availability of product at Distributor and MT Customer based on assortment guideline 
  • Develop and Implement visibility and activity as per guideline

The ideal candidate has:

  • 4 years experience in cooperation with traditional market customers (retail chains, independent distributors, distributor branches)
  • experience in the FMCG industry
  • strategic and operational customer management capabilities
  • ability to cooperate and manage a team of Sales Representatives
  • good knowledge of MS Excel
  • experience in managing sales budgets
  • proactivity and high motivation to achieve results
