About the position!
We are recruiting EDI Analyst based in Poland. As a key member of the global team you will be focusing on integration design, implementation, and partners onboarding, and is also responsible for on-going operations and maintenance of EDI applications (including service delivery of external EDI providers).
As an experienced analyst you know E2E Data design and how to configurate of new Partner onboarding and you will be able to prove it.
You will be constantly support SAP to EDI Testing and testing with the customer, responsible for different types of documentation (mapping documentation, user documentation, manuals, etc.).
On daily basis you be providing direction to SAP development teams for (iDoc) user exit coding and other ABAP programs, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities
You will be coordinating with the Delivery Manager, who works with prioritizing work with the EDI 3rd party provider.
Liaising with external partners/customers/suppliers to ensure testing is done in a timely manner - it will be your daily task.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have a few years of experience in SAP integration and EDI area.
You have eye to details and you have a perfect understanding of EDIFACT and X12 formats.
Very good understanding of SAP iDoc’s and the best practics is essential on this position, because you will very important part of the bridge between Upfield and clients in terms of integration of plenty processes.
Therefore you need to be capable of responding effectively to multiple requests and effectively handling demanding, high speed conditions.
You need to be able to interact with all levels and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum of supervision.
Fluent English and very good Polish is a must. Spanish or Portuguese are more than welcome!
Flexibility to work in different time zones is always nice to have.
