Join our People & Organization team for our Tultitlan Factory

In this role you will support and execute the people strategy for our factory in Tultitlan, managing daily operations of People & Organization function; including issues of labor relations, training, payroll, facilities, talent attraction, communication, organizational development, etc.

You will design templates for human resources documents, including policies and procedures, as well as development of key indicators.

Wellbeing plans, focused on diversity & inclusion principles are important for us as a company so you will support executing those plans as well as trainings plans. Finally, you will analyze HR data to propose action plans that help us to hire, retain and motivate our people.

Your experience between 3 and 4 years as a HR generalist will be crucial in this role.
