About the position!
We are recruiting EDI Analyst based in Poland. In this key role in the Global IT team, you will have sizeable impact on systems integration with customers, vendors, 3PLs and authorities. Our 3rd party EDI vendors (Seeburger, Accenture) will support you to deliver the top IT service for over 60 markets of Upfield around the world!
You will be contributing to delivery of our ambitious pipeline of e-Invoicing and B2G projects in the next years.
You will be responsible for the smooth integration (onboarding) of new business partners – followed by design, test and implementation of new EDI messages.
As a part of EDI team (5 Analysts), on a daily basis you will assure availability and reliability of production EDI flows for 600 customers, 30 WMS, 20 transport carriers.
You will co-operate with IT functional teams (platform owners, solution architects) to meet the business requirements.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have at least 3 years of experience in SAP integration and EDI area.
You have “eye to the details”, and you have a good understanding of EDIFACT messages (ORDER, ORDRSP, DESADV and INVOIC, etc.).
Very good understanding of SAP iDocs and the best practices is essential on this position, because you will be very important part of the bridge between Upfield and clients in terms of integration of various business processes.
Therefore, you need to be capable of responding effectively to multiple requests and effectively acting in dynamic environment.
You need to be able to interact with all levels and work on multiple projects simultaneously with good grade of autonomy.
Fluent English and very good Polish is a must. Spanish or Portuguese are more than welcome!
